Hiring for Team Leader for Gurgaon/ Mohali Location.

Process: International Voice process.

Designation: Team Leader- Operations

Qualification: Any Grad with good Communication skills.

Experience: Minimum 6 months Experience as Team Leader in International Voice Process BPO Operations.

Skills required:

1- Should be Excellent in communication.

2- Should be well aware about in KPIs and KRAs.

3- Should be good in manpower planning and calculation.

4- Should have handled minimum 30+ agents and Team leaders on floor.

5- Should have good knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage, manpower forecasting, and Calculation of KPIs.

Salary: 4.8 LPA.
