Job Description

Urgent hiring for WFM / MCA for Gurgaon/ Mohali location.

Looking for candidates from BPO Background only.

  • Experience on the macro and VBA coding
  • Hands on experience on advance excel along with power pivots
  • Working experience should be more than 1 years on the above 2 points
  • Not fair but communication skills is required
  • Candidate should have worked in the BPO environment and comfortable with 24*7 shifts
  • IEX , CMS Avaya- tools required
  • WFM skills Real time skill problem solving normal calculation like SLA, Occupancy and correlation.
  • Candidate should have the experience on Scheduling, Capacity planning and Erlang.
  • Formula building and VBA knowledge will be the added advantage for us.
  • Excellent Communication skills

 

Job Location: Gurgaon/ Mohali

Shift: 24*7

Cab: Both side and Meal As well.

Salary: 3.5 LPA to 4.1 LPA
