This is a vintage women's Elgin De Luxe watch that is currently in working condition. The case is stamped as 10k rolled gold, and there is some minor loss of the gold. The Speidel stretch band is has some color loss but no major issues, and there is one tiny chip in the crystal. Overall, the watch is in very great shape for being from the 1950s.
I have tested the watch, and it seems to keep time very well if not perfectly.
